Data Deletion
How to remove your content, your account, or Social Signoff's access to your social media accounts.
Delete your posts and media
Open any of your posts in Social Signoff and use Delete. This permanently removes the post, its photos and videos, and its review history from our systems. Workspace admins can delete any unpublished post the same way.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
A workspace admin can remove any connected account under Settings → Social accounts → Remove. This deletes the stored access token for that account, and Social Signoff can no longer publish to it.
You can also revoke access from Meta's side: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Social Signoff, and remove it. Tokens revoked this way stop working immediately, and we delete them from our records.
Delete your account or entire workspace
Email koops.maggie@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want your individual account removed or the whole workspace.
Within 30 days we permanently delete:
- Your login and profile (name, email)
- Posts you authored, including uploaded photos and videos
- Your notification history and push subscriptions
- For workspace deletion: all workspace content, brand assets, and every stored social account token
We'll confirm by email when the deletion is complete. Data already published to your social media accounts lives on those platforms and is managed there.
